Communication is women's strong point

It is not a secret that women are more communicative than men. They like to communicate and to share their opinion, sometimes it is difficult to make a call because the telephone is always occupied by talking, talking and talking of women. Sometimes it seems that their talking is about nothing but in reality they communicate with their friends (also women!) on important things such as the colour of skirt she bought, the new shop of sales, flirt with the guy she met in the lift, etc.

But such annoying talking for men can be directed in favour of women if it is used at work. And women got to know about it long time ago making the profession of call-centre operator purely female work. Besides, according to people they would prefer to hear the voice of woman in the telephone. And statistics proves it as women make 82% of applicant for this work.

But besides talking women are also those who know how to listen. When something bad happens with one of your friend to whom does he/she turn to? We usually turn to mothers, friends (who are usually women!), sisters, but we turn to women. The explanation is simple, women know how to listen. So women use this trait preferring the work of psychologists making 81%.

According to psychologists clients trust women-psychologists more than men-psychologists especially if clients are women. Unconsciously they think that she-doctor will be able to comfort them and is more sensitive to their troubles forgetting that the job of psychologist is not compassion but treatment. Besides, women at this position are distinguished by originality of their approach to the clients.
