Since long time ago we hear that women are more emotional and creative because they have their right hemisphere of brain more developed while men are more practical and logic because they use the left hemisphere of the brain. Such professions as copywriter, advertising manager, PR manager, etc. are conquered by women nowadays. Of course such situation doesn't exclude men, but more and more women get interested in this work because 75% of applicants who want to get the career of manager in advertising are women. 73% of women want to dedicate their life to PR business.

Such rising interest to these two spheres of work is not surprising as these professions are popular nowadays among both genders. Nevertheless women are not afraid to experiment that is why the majority of them want to show their creativeness working at such positions.

But there is also an interesting research that shows that usually men become famous in these spheres of human work that scientists usually explain by the fact that clients usually trust men more in making the advertising campaign. That is why the modern trend is to make creative group that usually consists of both women and men and whose cooperation makes the great result.
