Women are rulers of labour-market

Invisible fight between women and men for the dominance in the certain sphere of human activity lasts for a long time already. And if several years ago men dominated in the majority of professions, today the limits between female and male professions are almost deleted. But there are spheres where women even take leading positions and these professions become truly female professions.

It is not necessary to work in the statistic centre to understand that women become the main labour at the labour-market. And don't consider that these are the words of feminist which I am not. After all, several years ago it was difficult to imagine a woman-weightlifter or woman-steel founder. Nowadays these professions are the norm of life and nowadays it is difficult to surprise someone with your profession. And of course in some countries the number of women-drivers overcame the number of men-drivers long time ago.

It is interesting to know that according to the modern trend employers give preference to women when they are searching for person to take the ruling position in the company. This is the greatest achievement of feminism and women in general as several years ago only men were able to take high and ruling positions in the office.

So, women adapt more and more professions to their physical and biological characteristics leaving only low-paid job for men. According to employers women can be cruel, merciless and are ready to achieve their aim to succeed. The major part of the staff hates women-bosses but the company works perfectly.
