Women earn more than men

According to laws of the majority of countries the sex discrimination is forbidden, it means that there mustn't be any oppression in choosing the work and in given preference to the certain sex during searching for applicants for certain job. But in reality it happens very often. Besides, according to the same law both women and men must get the same payment for doing the same work.

But there was the list made of the professions in which women earn more than men. And this difference is based on the success of women and is not connected with discrimination at all.

For example, according to investigations there is the great gap in the salary of men-models and women-models. Employers pay much more money to models-women due to the natural reasons. First of all a good model and a popular model will certainly earn more than the average man-model.

But there are also more professions less exotic and less obvious where women earn more money than men. For example, managers in sales earn 43% more if they are women. The same holds true for the number of other professions such as statisticians that earn 35% more if they are women, lawyers-women get 33% more money than lawyers-men. Have you noticed the trend? All these professions are traditionally considered to be male professions and it is very difficult to find a woman who would be an expert in this sphere. Maybe this is connected with this phenomenon. There is also explanation according to which women rarely agree to all side effects of such work.
